Every first charge on a Composenz subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — 100% unconditional. Didn't get a CFO's insight worth more than the price? Full refund. You don't need a reason, and we won't argue.
Email david@composenz.com from your account email within 30 days of your first charge, with the subject "Refund". That's it. We confirm within one business day and the refund is issued in full through Paddle, our payment processor, back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.
The guarantee applies to the first charge of a new subscription (monthly or annual). Renewals aren't covered by the guarantee, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Your first Monday Brief is free and never charged — the guarantee sits on top of that, so the real risk of trying Composenz is zero.
Statutory refund rights in your country are unaffected and apply in addition to this policy.
